1. Who is responsible?

BoxOS is a project of sankara:interactive GmbH, Subingenstrasse 20, CH-4557 Horriwil, Switzerland. The controller responsible for this website and the processing of your data is sankara:interactive GmbH. For privacy-related enquiries, contact us at team@boxos.ch.

2. What data is collected?

When you join the early-access waitlist, we collect:

• Email address (required)
• Name (optional)
• Role — owner, coach, or curious (optional)

3. Purpose of processing

Your data is used solely to add you to the early-access waitlist and to notify you when BoxOS launches. It is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Service provider / data processing

We use Resend for email delivery and storage of sign-up data. Data is stored in the EU. Resend is bound as a data processor under a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement.

5. Retention

Your data is stored until BoxOS launches — or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first.

6. Your rights

You can unsubscribe and request deletion of your data at any time by writing to team@boxos.ch. You also have the right to access, rectification and — where applicable — data portability under the GDPR.
